"Volunteer Recognition"

The United Way of Yuma County celebrates its volunteers.

On June 9th, United Way took time to celebrate its many volunteers. Highlights included the Most Outstanding Company, Southwest Gas for their committment to making Yuma County a better place to live, work and play. Michelle Camacho of Yuma County took home the coveted, "Volunteer of the Year Award." Also recognized were Johnson Controls for having had the greatest increase in campaign, over 219% and Yuma Regional Medical Center for being the top giver for the 2009-2010 campaign season.

We thank all of Yuma County for their help in advancing the common good for all people.
